The Owner
Robert Illenberg III- Originally from New York, my wife Vicki and I relocated to Florida over 11 years ago. I take pride in being a father to 4 sons and a grandfather to 5 grandchildren. In 2015, I started RPI Kitchen and Bath, where I serve as the Owner and Designer. Having served as a dedicated firefighter of Middletown, New York , I transitioned my focus to indulge in my passion for design. I studied architecture from college which sparked my interest. I bring over 30 years of experience helping builders and homeowners select and design their kitchens and bathrooms in Charlotte and Lee County. On my downtime I find joy in watching sports and cherishing moments with my loved ones.

Alicia Julseth (Designer) - Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, she embarked on a new chapter seven years ago by making Florida her home. Swiftly rising to the role of a manager at one of Southwest Florida's prominent country clubs, she cultivated a wealth of knowledge in sales. Inspired by the arrival of her daughter, she embraced change and dived into the world of cabinetry. Outside of her professional endeavors, she channels her creativity through painting and drawing. In the cherished company of her Husband, two daughters, and the delightful duo of her dogs Kodak and Gizmo, she finds solace and joy.

Our Little String Bean (Chief Giggles Officer) - I'm just a baby that hangs out with mama at the front desk. Responsible for spreading contagious joy, managing adorable giggles, and overseeing the cuteness department at all hours. Excels in naptime and has expert skills in baby talk.
